Pastor’s Corner

Welcome, friends!

I have had the joy of serving at Pretty Lake Trinity since January 2024, and I have loved getting to know this warm and hospitable group of people as we have sought to draw nearer to God. I began serving as a pastor in August 2023 with Wesley UMC in Culver, and I began serving here at PLT shortly after. It has been a privilege to embark on this journey of ministry alongside these congregations!

I was born in Valparaiso, IN, and I have loved to put down roots in Indiana again! I grew up very involved in the church and first sensed a call to ministry when I was 16 years old. I attended Lee University in Cleveland, TN, and graduated in 2020 my bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry.  Then, I went on to Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY, where I graduated with my Master of Divinity in December 2023.

When I’m not at the church, I love cooking, thrifting, finding somewhere pretty to be in nature, and looking for the best cup of coffee.  I am grateful to be a part of this sweet community and excited to see the transformative work God is doing at Pretty Lake Trinity UMC!
